By providing a high level of benefit coverage at a reasonable cost to the employee, we hope to foster a long and productive employment relationship.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager of Enterprise Applications with a background in ERP and/or CRM systems, business intelligence (BI) and data governance, and preferably within a manufacturing environment. A heavy focus for this role is placed on driving analytics strategy, change management and continuous improvement in the enterprise applications domain. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise application support and change management, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Essential Functions and Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership and Management:Manage an internal multi-disciplinary team and external third-party managed services, consisting of ERP specialists, program developers and BI developersProvide leadership, guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvementConduct ongoing performance management, goal setting, and professional development planning for direct reportsData Strategy, Governance and Change Management:Maintain a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.Enforce and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and data integrity in BI/reportingOversee master data management, data architecture and data modeling activities to support analytical and operational needsProvide thought leadership and guide the IT organization’s change management process, including managing segregation of duties and revision control of documentation, code and other artifactsBusiness Intelligence (BI) and Analytics:Oversee the evolving design, development and deployment of BI solutions and analytical toolsDrive the adoption of self-service BI capabilities across the organizationMonitor the BI platform performance and optimize as necessary to ensure responsiveness, reliability and optimized cost of cloud resourcesEnsure alignment of data/analytics technologies roadmap with artificial intelligence (AI) pilots and initiativesERP and CRM Management, Continuous Improvement, and Innovation:Partner continuously with the Project Management Office (PMO) and business stakeholders to agree on priorities prior to executionDrive continuous improvement of ERP and CRM systems, and champion the adoption of new technologies as necessary, to support strategic initiatives and realize efficiencies in business operationsDevelop, socialize and execute the roadmap for upgrades and enhancementsEnsure master data hygiene across ERP, CRM and other business systemsStay current with industry trends and best practices in data management, BI, ERP and CRM domainsQualifications and Skill RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise applications configuration or support, with a focus on data management, BI, ERP and/or CRM systemsProven track record of at least 2 years in a managerial role, overseeing resources responsible for BI, ERP and/or CRM administration and configuration managementDemonstrated understanding of data governance principles, master data management, data architecture and data modeling techniquesExperience preferred in managing change in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP or similar, and CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.Experience preferred, but not necessary, in the support and use of Power BI for data modeling and visualizationExperience preferred, but not necessary, in the support and use of Informatica IDMC and/or MDM productsExperience preferred, but not necessary, in managing third-party application support teams (AMS)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutionsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationASHLEY AP America Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive workforce.
