You will work with the Global IT Network and Voice engineers at Phenomenex and Danaher Life Science Platform teams.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Network and Voice Engineer Candidate is responsible for the following:Client and analyze regional business requirementsGenerate, Deploy, and Integrate Network and Voice solutions using standard IT tools and processes.Provide level 3 and 4 engineering support of deployed environment.Engineer and perform complex Infrastructure migrationsKeep detailed and accurate technical documentationWork without Direct OversightProvide Updates to Regional Business and IT Team on Network and Voice RoadmapsWork and Participate with Regional IT Team to Support the Regional BusinessCore responsibilities include:Global Network and Voice Infrastructure MigrationsGlobal Network Design and ArchitectureBuild and Automation of Global Network InfrastructureGlobal Network Monitoring and OptimizationIncident Resolution, Patching, and Performance TuningEffective and Secure Infrastructure ManagementRoutine Infrastructure cost and efficiency analysis and enhancementsOther duties as requested by ManagerREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:An applicable degree, program, or industry certification, and 3+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience with a wide array of Cisco Equipment (SD WAN / WLAN / Routing / Switching)Configuration and Policy Management experience with Palo Alto Next Generation FirewallsIP Network Design, Subnetting, and Implementation ExperienceNetwork Troubleshooting and Operational Support ExpertiseProficiency in Self-Management, Project Management, and Working With CustomersAbility and willingness to travel as requiredPREFERRED WORKING EXPERIENCE:Cisco Client Knowledge and SupportZ-Scaler ZPA Knowledge and SupportIPSec Tunnel Configuration and ManagementLocal LAN VRF Design and SupportIndustry Leading Network Management and Monitoring ToolsVoice Over IP Knowledge and SupportDeploying and Supporting Cloud Based PBX's (RingCentral, 8x8, Teams Telephony, Skype for Business)Coordination with Corporate Security TeamsISP Vendor Engagement and Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
