Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to Rock City Church policy and procedures and meets the Rock City level of excellence.General DutiesMaintains and assists with Painting and Drywall repairs at all campusesOversees grounds maintenance including snow removal and mowing, reports deficiencies to facilities project managerMaintains cleanliness of the building including overseeing contractors and/or volunteer cleaning teamsOversees and assists with all building mechanicalsManage work order system for assigned campus or campusesHelps maintain campus facilities budget in coordination with Campus Pastor and Central Facilities Project ManagerEnsures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properlyOversees and supervises quality of work from contractors and volunteersConducts and documents regular site inspections with Central Facilities Project ManagerCommunicates workplace safety to employees and volunteersAssists with all fire, safety drills, and inspections as neededAttends to emergencies as neededBuilds and oversees facility volunteer teamsCoordinates facility project nightsWorks with the campus team for event & worship experience preparationsShares on-call duties as neededWorks with other campuses for prepping large all church events as neededPrioritize your responsibilities, tasks, and projectsOther duties as assignedSkills/ExperienceExcellent Painting and Drywall skillsCommercial building and grounds maintenanceProper cleaning and sanitizing knowledgeEffective time managementAbility to navigate multiple projectsExcellent verbal and interpersonal skillsActive and growing relationship with Jesus ChristFully aligned with the vision, values, and beliefs of Rock City ChurchPassionate about reaching people for Christ and committed to using graphic design to make Heaven full. #J-18808-Ljbffr
