Senior Principal Systems Engineer

OverviewThis position is onsite in Aurora, CO. Active TS/SCI clearance required.What You Will DoMultidisciplinary team leadershipDrive strong execution of the IPT to meet cost, schedule, and staffing commitmentsMonitoring adherence of IPT budgets, plans, and schedules to support program executionSupport internal and external program reviewsQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experienceExperience driving cost, schedule, and/or technical performance to develop large-scale software-centric systemsExperience with Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS)Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environmentExperience with onboarding new work, proposals and/or basis of estimate (BOE) developmentExperience leading cross functional engineering teams with a proven track recordDemonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers, and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.
