As the Senior Software Engineer you will design and develop digital products and AI based solutions crossfunctionally to successfully deliver reliable and secure systems that meet Volvo guidelines and policies.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and reusable software components using appropriate programming languages and technologiesCollaborate with application delivery teams (developers, architects, testers) to ensure software components meet functional and non-functional requirementsImplement best practices in coding, documentation, and version control to maintain high standards of software quality and reliabilityManage the lifecycle of software components from inception through deployment and maintenancePlan and coordinate component releases, including versioning, dependency management, and compatibility testingMonitor and analyze component performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations as neededCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for software components, including technical specifications, APIs, and usage guidelinesWho are you?You are a software developer with excellent analytical skills, great at problem-solving, passionate about technology and who loves developing software applications.
