Job Description

Overview Business Immigration Paralegal Are you an experienced business immigration paralegal with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters experience interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity? If so, we want to hear from you asap. Our clients include sophisticated law firms as well as large corporations. Responsibilities Preparing and processing applications for O-1 visas. Analyzing and preparing PERM applications. Assisting with preparing E, H, L, and O visas. Assembling complex documentation, conducting legal research, and preparing various legal documents for submission to agencies. Maintaining high attention to detail and providing strong customer service in a collaborative environment. Qualifications 3+ years of business immigration paralegal experience, including work with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or a BA. Experience with Immigration INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix. Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment. Strong substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings.
