We’re seeking an experienced Senior Regional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of communities and guide them toward success in compliance, financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team development.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and support Executive Directors across your region to ensure operational and financial success.Assist in mentoring, training & onboarding the Regional Director of OpsDrive performance in occupancy, staff satisfaction, customer satisfaction, compliance, and financial well-being.Collaborate with leadership to strengthen operational systems, processes, and infrastructure.Provide timely reporting, strategic guidance, and hands-on support at communities—including during acquisitions, openings, and leadership transitions.Serve as a visible, accountable leader who embodies our mission, vision, and core values.Able to quickly assess challenges and make decisions for correction, then execute on the plan effectively.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Geriatrics, or related field.Administrator license (RCFE) required for states overseen5+ years in a Regional Operations leadership role in senior living.8+ years of senior housing management experience with proven staff leadership.Deep knowledge of state/federal regulations, OSHA, fire codes, and licensing requirements.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills.Flexible, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.Ability to travel 75% of the time to support communities in your region.Why Join Us?Be part of a leadership team that values integrity, accountability, and collaboration, and helps drive the success of the companyInfluence the success of multiple communities while shaping a culture of excellenceWork with passionate leaders dedicated to serving residents, families, and staff.Full benefit package including disability, critical illness, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, and more!Flexible time off401 (k) with matchReady to make a difference across communities?
