The Senior Product Manager oversees theproduct vision and strategy, and leads the planning, development, and execution of global productsfrom start to finish.What you’ll do:● Develop project strategy with a strong understanding of a given product and community● Identify opportunities to improve product quality, strategy, and business outcomes togetherwith key stakeholders across the product life cycle● Liaise with production, producers, product managers, and others to host unforgettable eventsand competitions● Coordinate and motivate production and league operations around your product daily● Work cross functionally to design esports products keeping in consideration monetization,broadcast viability, and marketing strategy● Create timelines, deliverables, and goals for products responsible for● Oversee and guide marketing and social media strategies for products● Communicate and explain the product and its vision to all stakeholders internally and externally● Assist in the creation of scopes of work and project budgets with client and team input● Generate product reports, presentations, briefings, etc. with support from internal teams● Create and review both internal and client-facing presentations● Monitor product performance and customer feedback, mitigate potential risks, and solveproblemsWhat you need:● Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Event Management, or anotherrelated field in tech, gaming, or entertainment● Experience creating amazing esports experiences or products with industry best practices● Deep understanding of tier 1, tier 2, and tier competitive and esports gaming titles and theirrespective communities, league structures and game formats● Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to carry out several tasks at the same time● Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and writtenFirmly rooted in our values, EFG is an affirmative action employer that celebrates being an equal opportunity workplace.
