As the Director of Business Systems, you will architect and lead this backbone, ensuring our enterprise systems enable speed, precision, and resilience as we scale from development into production and deployment. You will oversee and integrate the systems that power a modern advanced shipbuilder—from ERP and PLM to MES, WMS, and CRM—while tailoring them to the unique requirements of maritime operations and Department of Defense programs. Your team will ensure these systems are not just “keeping up” with the business, but actively propelling it forward, serving as the keel of the company’s digital infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Business Systems Stack: Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of core enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, MES, WMS, CRM, HCM, LMS, CAD, etc.) that support engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.Deliver Maritime Scale: Build and optimize digital processes that can flex with the needs of a maritime manufacturer—covering everything from hull design in CAD/PLM, to outfitting and supply chain traceability, to customer fleet support.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Production, Mission Services, and Finance to align business systems with operational requirements.
