As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs within our organization. You will work closely with program managers and stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met and that our programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and evaluate program strategies and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goalsProvide guidance and support to program managers and their teams to ensure successful program deliveryCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify program needs, establish partnerships, and leverage resourcesOversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of program staffConduct regular program assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management to enhance program effectivenessQualificationsMaster's degree (preferred), CSAC, LPC, LCSWStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify program issues and develop appropriate solutionsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing prioritiesPassion for the organization's mission and a commitment to driving positive social changeWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our organization.
