If you’re passionate about turning data into decisions and empowering others to do the same, we’d love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PartnershipCollaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities where analytics can drive measurable outcomesServe as a trusted advisor, aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goalsChampion data-driven thinking across departmentsSolution Design & DeliveryTranslate business challenges into data requirements and actionable insightsPartner with BI and data teams to build solutions using tools like Oracle OBIEE, Oracle Data Visualizer, and Power BIEnsure analytics solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with user needsSystem & Process ExpertiseLeverage your knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite and Salesforce CRM to understand and optimize business processesReconcile and validate data across systems to ensure integrity and consistencyInsight CommunicationSimplify complex data findings into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiencesDevelop and maintain KPIs and dashboards that drive performance and accountabilityTechnical EnablementUse ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud to support data integrationMaintain and enhance existing dashboards; explore emerging BI technologies to improve analytics capabilitiesAdvocacy & TrainingPromote a culture of data literacy and informed decision-makingProvide training and support to business users on analytics tools and best practicesStay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the tableSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field10+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a business-facing data roleStrong business acumen and understanding of financial and operational metricsHands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization platformsProficiency in SQL and Python for data analysisExperience with ETL tools, especially Informatica (Cloud or On-Prem)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to create and support dashboardsA passion for innovation and continuous learning in the BI spaceEEO-M/F/D/VJob BenefitsAt Knowles, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent. The salary range for this position is $120,000/yr - $140,000/yr. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range and serves as a general guideline. We recognize that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences. Therefore, the offer will be determined more or less than the anticipated range after considering various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s experience, education, skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
