You will be responsible for managing and coordinating storage and distribution activities for our facility. Ensuring maximum utilization and top efficiencies will be a priority. Join us in our mission to rid the world of rubber waste.Salary range - 77K to 96KPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Administers operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory currentAssures products, parts, and supplies are shipped, distributed, and received in an efficient mannerEvaluates the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, and prepares work orders for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipmentWorks with the manager in ensuring coordination of warehouse activities such as production, sales, records control, and purchasing departmentsTakes precautions to secure warehouse contents against lossEvaluates inventory on handPrepares or reviews distribution documentsManages salvage of damaged or used materialScreens, hires, trains staff, evaluates employee performance, and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action for warehouse personnelKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferredComputer proficiency2+ years previous warehouse/traffic/carrier management experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Reasonable English fluency (read, write, speak, follow directions) requiredPrevious supervisory experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer you:Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage401k with a company matchEarn PTO hours immediatelyTuition reimbursementOpportunities for developmentEcore International is an equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans).
