With deep expertise in underground utility installation, pipe work, and concrete/asphalt construction, they have earned a trusted reputation in both public and private markets across the Midwest.About the PositionThe company is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex heavy civil and underground utility projects in the Denver area. This is a high-impact role for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of infrastructure construction, a passion for field work, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company's operations, reputation, and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead heavy civil and underground utility projects from planning to completionDevelop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and project documentationCoordinate daily with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliersConduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivityServe as primary point of contact for municipal and private clientsEnsure accountability across both self-perform and subcontracted workSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts as neededRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required)Minimum 5 years of project management experience in heavy civil and underground utility construction8+ years of experience preferred for Senior PM roleIn-depth knowledge of heavy highway, municipal infrastructure, and utility installationStrong organizational and leadership skills with a bias toward actionAbility to work independently and thrive in a small, high-accountability teamExcellent communication skills with field and client-facing presenceBenefitsCompetitive base salaryCompensation starts at $130,000+, with potential to exceed $160,000, DOEDiscretionary/incentive bonus planCompany truckFull benefits package including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with profit sharingOpportunity to grow with a high-potential, locally focused division #J-18808-Ljbffr
