Visual Lease, a CoStar Group company, is purpose-built to support every team involved in managing a company’s leased and owned assets.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Director, Operations to manage and scale the newly created operations department. In this role, you will support both CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease products, in addition to a larger, combined, new product to be launched that combines the best of both.This position will report directly to the President for both brands and will be part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate must have deep experience in go-to-market tools, managing complex cross-functional projects, and delivering data-driven insights to all levels of the organization.Responsibilities:Build and lead a dedicated operations team focused on providing services to the business through process, data, and systemsOwn the design and execution of merging together process, go-to-market systems, and reporting for CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual LeaseEvolve go-to-market tech stack with a focus on automation and scalabilityLead and continuously improve and expand upon business change management processes and proceduresCreate and scale a deal desk function in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline quoting, contracting, and approvalsEnsure data hygiene, process integrity, and compliance across go-to-market systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align revenue strategies and optimize acquisition, expansion, and retention effortsSupport business leaders in defining key performance metrics, setting targets, measuring, and monitoring performanceEncourage the business to use data in decision making by providing key insights from created reports and dashboardsCommunicate and frequently meet with business partners, understanding changes to the function, key initiatives, and assist in prioritizationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College8+ years’ experience leading operations, revenue/sales operations, or strategy for a SaaS company5+ years of experience and demonstrated abilities managing a team or departmentSelf-starter with a proven track record of building and scaling operations teamsDeep expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and related go-to-market tools with a strong understanding of automation and data managementExtremely proficient with data and ability to readily recite key metrics when askedAbility to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while remaining analytical and detail-orientedAbility to own a process from start to finish and implement processes independentlyExecutive presence and strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to summarize complex issues for stakeholders across the businessA track record of commitment to prior employersPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldMaster’s degree in Business or related fieldExperience with PowerBICoStar Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer; we maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
