For 90 years, we’ve proudly served Kansas City’s first responders, and today we’ve grown to over $180M in assets, 5 branch locations, and 45+ team members.We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team and lead one of our branch locations.The Ideal CandidateLeadership: Inspires and motivates team members while promoting a positive work environment.Member Focus: Dedicated to delivering exceptional service to every member.Problem-Solving: Uses sound judgment and creativity to resolve anizational Skills: Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.Flexibility: Willing to support weekend business hours and after-hours Credit Union events.The Main DutiesLead, coach, and develop branch staff through training, performance reviews, and ongoing communication.Oversee daily branch operations including cash handling, vault/ATM/ITM management, teller and lending activities, and scheduling.Monitor and resolve transaction discrepancies and operational issues.Ensure branch compliance with Board policies, procedures, and safety/security protocols.Promote Credit Union products and services to support member needs and branch growth.Manage internal audits and assist with strategic initiatives and projects as directed by Senior Management.The Must-Have ListBachelor’s degree in Business or related field required, or active enrollment with significant progress toward completion.Minimum of four years of banking/financial services experience with at least two years of supervisory experience preferred.Must hold or be able to obtain a Notary designation.Must hold or be able to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number (within 90 days of hire if not already licensed).The Wish ListPrior credit union experience.Experience managing a retail branch or financial services team.The DetailsCredit Union Hours: M–F 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, Saturday 8:45 am – 1:15 pmStatus: Full-Time (40 hours), ExemptStarting Salary: $65 – $75K, depending on experienceLocation: Ability to report to all branch locations required.The Benefits*Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance – all paid 100% for employees.Health Savings Account.Flexible Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay.Cell phone reimbursement.Eligible for Management Incentives401(k) with employer match.Casual dress code of logo shirts with jeans.PSCU banking privileges for you and your family.…and more!*All programs subject to review and changeIf you’ve read this far, you must be interested — we’d love to hear from you!
