Commercial Lines Account Executive - Hybrid Remote

Overview Job ID: 00004JVM | Category: SalesMarketing | Location: CA Calabasas | Hours: 40 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm | Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 Position Account Executive Needed in Calabasas Responsibilities Manage client relationships, retain renewals, and service new business. Maintain a partnership with the producer to support business development activities while upholding high service standards. Serve as the focal point of client interaction and the integral link in the business relationship. Apply extensive knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance to ensure exceptional customer service. Consult with clients to understand their businesses istinct risks and exposures, and provide tailored solutions for appropriate coverage. Act as primary advisor to the client for tactical matters and engage the producer for significant issues as needed. Provide clients with coverage alternatives, including deductibles, retention levels, and optional coverages, considering operations, claims history, and market conditions. Develop and maintain good working relationships with carriers to facilitate timely quotations and policies. Collaborate with the Producer throughout the new business process and manage the new account after coverage is bound. Lead renewal marketing efforts and oversee renewal-related activities, identifying opportunities to round out accounts. Promote team collaboration by providing leadership and guidance to other team members. Fully utilize AMS360, including thorough documentation of all client interactions. Qualifications Skills Required: HS Diploma/GED; 15+ years of experience in servicing commercial accounts including proposals, coverage reviews, billing, and certificates; Valid Property & Casualty license; strong technical knowledge of policy coverage and rating; proficiency in AMS360.
