Most excitingly, our story is still unfolding, and incredible growth opportunities lie ahead...THE JOBAs a Senior Sales Associate in our Sid Mashburn LA shop, you will be responsible for demonstrating the brand values in how you engage with and take care of customers. You will create a welcoming and memorable brand experience in the shop by discovering and assessing client needs, suggesting thoughtful solutions, building trusted relationships, and maintaining timely follow-up. You will enhance and develop the business by proactively reaching out to clients and sharing information on new products and events. You will also contribute to daily operations of the store to maintain our brand standards throughout all areas of the business. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.THE RESPONSIBILITIESConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, including personally selling equal to or above $750k annually within your store.Maintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-up.Make all customers feel welcome and taken care of by exceeding their expectations and providing an exceptional brand experienceDemonstrate deep knowledge of the products and styling to advise customers of all shapes, sizes, and agesMaintain an active client book, contacting clients regularly and providing appropriate follow-upCreate meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, build loyalty, and develop brand ambassadorsConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goalsWork as a team player, partnering with fellow associates and fostering open communication, to ensure a consistent customer experience and contribute to a positive working environmentMaintain a strong desire to continue to learn and grow every dayMaintain seamless operations and processes according to brand guidelinesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEA proven leader with 3-5 years of retail selling experience with a book of business equal to $750k required.Passion for menswear with knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and styling preferredKind, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to serve others and provide memorable hospitalityProven ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with customers and colleaguesProven ability to drive and exceed individual and/or team sales goalsExcellent communication skills and the ability to graciously handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skillsHas a proactive, self-starter mindset that brings new ideas and solutions to the teamIs a motivated, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitudeApproaches situations with positivity, flexibility, and creativity, even under pressure with tight deadlinesHas interpersonal skills to influence, collaborate with, and build relationships with others in cross-functional rolesAnticipates opportunities to drive business, build morale & solve problemsHas an entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiasm for growing with MashburnReflects our core values of Hard Work, Hopeful, Helpful, Humble, Nimble and Hospitable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
