Our goal is to bring everybody together to build digital products end-to-end.ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and execute our demand generation engine, driving qualified leads through paid and organic channels, events, and account-based marketing. You'll work closely with:PMM (new hire) — receive product messaging and positioning for campaignsContent & Social Manager — create campaign content and email copyWebsite Growth Manager (new hire) — brief on landing page optimization needsVideo team — create campaign video assetsDevRel (new hire) — coordinate on developer-focused eventsSales team — align on lead qualification and account targetingProduct team — support product launches and feature announcementsROLE TASKS:You'll own our demand generation engine, building scalable programs that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. In this role, you'll take the lead on:Paid & Organic MarketingOwn paid advertising strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other B2B channelsManage agency relationships for paid media execution and optimizationDevelop organic content strategy to drive SEO traffic and thought leadershipOptimize campaign performance through continuous testing and iterationManage budget and track ROI across all paid channelsCreate campaign landing pages and brief Website Growth Manager on optimization needsEvents & ConferencesPlan and execute general marketing events including webinars, workshops, and product demosManage conference strategy — identify, evaluate, and participate in relevant eventsCoordinate booth presence and speaking opportunities at industry conferencesOrganize customer events and user meetups to drive engagementTrack event ROI and optimize our event marketing mixPartner with DevRel on developer-focused events and meetupsAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Develop ABM strategy targeting high-value accounts and prospectsCreate personalized campaigns for key accounts and segmentsCoordinate with sales on account targeting and engagement strategiesImplement account-based advertising and retargeting campaignsTrack account engagement and progression through the funnelOptimize ABM programs based on performance and feedbackNewsletter & Email MarketingOwn our newsletter strategy and execution (currently underdeveloped)Develop email nurture sequences for different audience segmentsCreate gated content campaigns to capture and nurture leadsManage email list health and segmentationTest and optimize email performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)Coordinate with writer on newsletter content and email copyLead Management & AnalyticsOwn lead scoring and qualification processesTrack and analyze marketing funnel performance from awareness to qualified leadsReport on demand generation KPIs and pipeline contributionOptimize lead handoff between marketing and salesConduct A/B testing on campaigns, landing pages, and email sequencesManage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturingContent & Campaign StrategyReceive product messaging and positioning from PMM for campaignsPartner with writer to create campaign-specific content and copyBrief Website Growth Manager on landing page optimization needsCoordinate with video team on campaign video assetsDevelop seasonal campaigns and product launch supportCreate campaign briefs and creative direction for all demand gen initiativesROLE REQUIREMENTSMid-level experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketingProven track record of driving qualified leads and pipeline growthExperience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)Strong analytical skills — you can interpret data and optimize campaignsExperience with marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.)Event marketing experience — virtual and in-person eventsABM experience or strong interest in account-based strategiesStartup mindset — you can move fast and adapt to changing prioritiesNice to HaveExperience with developer tools, API infrastructure, or technical productsBackground in B2B SaaS marketingExperience with developer marketing and technical audiencesKnowledge of SEO and content marketingFamiliarity with marketing attribution and analytics toolsExperience managing agency relationshipsTechnical SkillsPaid advertising: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, retargeting platformsMarketing automation: Active Campaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or similarAnalytics tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHogGTME & ABM tooling: Clay, Smartlead, Demandbase, 6sense, or similarEvent platforms: Zoom, Hopin, or similarCRM integration: SalesforceWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEIn your first 6 months, you'll have:Established paid advertising programs with measurable ROILaunched our first ABM campaigns targeting high-value accountsCreated and executed a consistent newsletter strategyBuilt event marketing programs for virtual and in-person eventsImplemented lead scoring and qualification processesEstablished demand generation reporting and analyticsKey Metrics You'll OwnMarketing qualified leads (MQLs) and Sales Accepted conversion ratesCost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)Campaign ROI and pipeline contributionEvent attendance and engagement ratesEmail performance (open rates, click rates, conversions)Account engagement and progression ratesWhy WunderGraph?Work from wherever you thrive—we’re fully remote and globally distributed.
