Bloom Retirement Center is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director / LALA to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living communities. Will work alongside our Corporate Training Administrator.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and resident satisfaction.Ensure compliance with state, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.Foster a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members.Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and staff development.Qualifications:Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (as required by state regulations).
