The General Manager (GM) is the principal on-site management agent representative responsible for carrying out the policies and procedures of the condominium as outlined in the House Rules, Bylaws and Board approved policies and procedures. The GM is responsible for the direct supervision and oversight of the Assistant General Manager, Chief Engineer, and Operations Manager; and is responsible for monitoring and controlling of all systems necessary pertaining to the daily operations of the condominium.Minimum RequirementsMinimum Experience: 3-5 years managing high rise condominiumsPCAM Preferred or sufficient relevant high-rise experienceCollege Degree: Very helpful but not requiredJob SkillsBudget preparationPersonnel Management and Supervision of large staffUnderstanding Accrual financial statementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding central heat, AC, and hot water systemsManaging solicitation of proposals for normal servicesOverseeing limited in-unit maintenanceWorking effectively with a Board of Directors and committeesProperty inspectionsAttending Board Meetings in-personPositive can-do attitudeMaintaining files and providing excellent customer servicesExcellent job references are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
