At Rock Island, shifts typically end around 3 PM, 5 PM, or 7 PM; at Moline, shifts run 7 AM to 3 PM. Call schedule includes 7 AM-7 PM and 7 PM-7 AM at Rock Island, and 7 AM-5:30 PM and 5:30 PM-7 AM at Moline. CRNAs may also take OR call some weeks with MD backup, and ENDO call is available on Saturdays. A 20-minute response time is required. There is no post-call day off or additional pay for call. Case types at both sites include Peds, General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, and Podiatry. Additional cases at Rock Island include Cardiac, Endo, and Vascular; additional cases at Moline include GYN and Pain Management. Proficiency in blocks is required.
