Evaluate and manage gynecological conditions under the supervision of a physician.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the midwifery department, overseeing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with nursing, obstetric, and hospital leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and care models.Manage staffing models to align with patient volume, acuity, and institutional goals.Maintain clinical practice as a certified nurse-midwife, modeling evidence-based care.Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting body, and safety standards (e.g., Joint Commission, state boards, ACNM).Evaluates and treats gynecological health conditions in the ambulatory setting.
