For more information, visit the Glendale Memorial page.PayBase pay range: $52.29/hr - $79.09/hrResponsibilitiesAs our Nurse Manager Perioperative Services at Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, you’ll oversee approximately 80 surgical services staff and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organization’s goals to the staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experience and outcomes. You will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership. Glendale Hospital has 8 operating rooms, and on average we perform 300+ surgeries per month. Surgical specialties include Open Heart/Vascular, Neuro/Spine, Orthopedics, General, Robotics, OB/GYN, Colorectal, Urology, and GI. To thrive in this role, you must be competent and confident.
