We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve! $90k - $110k annuallyResponsibilities For The Speech-Language Pathology Director IncludeProvide leadership and supervision to a team of speech-language pathologists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with professional standards and organizational policiesOversee programmatic evaluation and data analysis, using outcomes data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiativesMaintain current reporting, documentation, scheduling, and billing processes in compliance with professional standards, state regulations, and organizational requirementsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' communication goals and objectivesConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to clients as neededFoster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting professional growth and development among team membersRequired ExperienceQualifications for the Speech-Language Pathology Director:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent state licensure as a speech-language pathologistCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Minimum of 7 years of experience in speech-language pathology, with previous supervisory experience preferredExcellent supervisory and administrative skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectivelyStrong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with active listening skillsComprehensive knowledge of speech-language therapy principles, practices, methods, and techniquesProficiency in program evaluation, data analysis, reporting, documentation, scheduling, and billing processesBenefitsA community of clinicians who are passionate about assisting families and promoting success of the individuals with whom we workContinuing education and licensure reimbursements availableGenerous vacation, personal and sick leave and paid holidaysHealth insurance, dental, vision, FSALong term disability and other voluntary benefits available403B Retirement PlanFree parkingLongevity bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
