We operate over 40 clinics across Washington and Idaho, plus virtual care services, delivering modern, accessible care.Position SummaryIndigo Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Providers are encouraged to work at the top of their license, with opportunities to lead and mentor colleagues. The role supports our urgent care clinics as part of Indigo’s patient-centered approach to medicine.Clinics are open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Schedule is created 2 months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations. The location for float pool team members may vary, and same-day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances require coverage.What We OfferUp to $15k recruiting incentives; a sign-on bonus may be available for clinicians with urgent care or emergency department experience, with eligibility based on years of experience.
