And you’ll have the opportunity for continual growth and learning in a culture that empowers your development.Location/Division Specific InformationIn the Clinical Diagnostics Division we aspire to be our customers’ most trusted partner, by providing innovative diagnostic solutions that improve patient outcomes.Discover Impactful Work:The SIOP & Supply Chain Senior Manager will report to Vice President, Operations for the Clinical Diagnostics Division, leading all aspects of overall governance, process standardization, data analytics and insights, SAP optimization, and coordinating daily planning activities.Location: 100% on-site position in Middletown, VA or Fremont, CA. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.What will you do?Develop the Division’s strategy for SIOP, with direct responsibility for the deployment at the Middletown site in partnership with the Site Director of Supply Chain.Lead critical initiatives contributing to the overall product supply reliability, customer service levels and inventory management for our global manufacturing sites.Work cross-functionally with the commercial and planning teams directly on supply chain issues and create project plans to resolve risks and resolve issues.Develop planning strategies to serve customers in complex network supply chains through to end-customer.Lead and sustain the SIOP process, ensuring effective cross-functional integration between supply, demand, and customer fulfillment.Champion adoption and effective use of SAP across planning, scheduling, and fulfillment teams, with responsibility for SAP data cleanliness, training, and super-user issue resolution.Hold planning teams accountable for timely, complete, and accurate supply planning to achieve the financial forecast and ensure adherence to the supply plan.Lead corrective actions and rapid improvement events in data quality, supply chain execution, and order management to resolve planning failures and missed customer commitments.Develop and implement standard work instructions, key performance indicators, process maps, and regular SIOP reviews, providing executive summaries, raising critical issues, and scenario-based recommendations for decision making to build robust supply plans aligned to the financial forecasts.Keys to Success:Requires bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience.MBA a plus; APICS certification preferredExperience8+ years proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, S&OP, SIOP, or similar field.Strong background in optimizing supply chain operations, covering network flow, inventory control, and capacity planning;Expertise leading a cross-functional S&OP or SIOP process; proficiency in forecasting, capacity, production planning, and inventory planningKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAbility to create processes and implement business processes with a global organizationChange agent, transforming culture and creating rigor around S&OP processesUnderstands how to effectively communicate to all levels in the organization.Strong knowledge and experience as a Super User of SAPMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentOffice environment with daily computer use and occasional interaction with the manufacturing floor requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment.BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee pensation And BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $118,100.00–$180,000.00.A choice of national medical and dental plans, and a national vision plan, including health incentive programsEmployee assistance and family support programs, including commuter benefits and tuition reimbursementAt least 120 hours paid time off (PTO), 10 paid holidays annually, paid parental leave (3 weeks for bonding and 8 weeks for caregiver leave), accident and life insurance, and short- and long-term disability in accordance with company policyRetirement and savings programs, such as our competitive 401(k) U.S. retirement savings planEmployees’ Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers eligible colleagues the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount #J-18808-Ljbffr
