Job DescriptionPosition Overview:Full-Time - $72,000.00 - $76,000.00 + Annual Bonus + Medical/Dental/Vision/401kIronRoad is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Commercial Property Manager for our Dayton/Cincinnati Ohio Client. (MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION)The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, supervision, and scheduling of property management functions for an assigned portfolio of property investments and third-party assignments. The goal is to achieve owners' investment objectives and provide high-level customer service to clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently to meet deadlines, detail-oriented, and skilled in overseeing daily operations using good judgment. Proficiency in office processes, computer software, and electronic communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite is required.Key qualities include excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, professionalism, confidentiality, teamwork, and a customer-focused attitude.Attendance is required during normal working hours, with occasional work beyond 40 hours per week.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years of experience in Commercial Property ManagementReal Estate LicenseCPM, RPA certifications preferredCustomer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsProven management and administrative skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of preparing reports, business letters, and presentationsAbility to handle confidential information appropriatelyValid driver's license for property visits and meetingsResponsibilities:Client Service:Serve as primary contact for building issues and client concernsRespond promptly to service requests and inquiriesDevelop client retention programs and communicate regularly with clientsVisit clients routinely to build relationshipsMonitor, track, and report on project time and profitabilityFinancial & Reporting Services:Prepare annual operating budgets and variance reportsManage expense projections and CAM billingsInvoice clients and revise budgets as neededMaintain communication with owner representativesProcess invoices and coordinate financial reportsQuality Control:Conduct inspections of building interiors and exteriorsIdentify and address repairs and safety issuesSupervise outside service providers and create bid specificationsCoordinate property renovations and tenant fit-upsMaintain availability for emergenciesPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Must be able to sit, walk, stand, handle objects, reach, balance, stoop, talk, and hearOccasional lifting of up to 30 poundsVision requirements include reading documents within 20 inchesWork primarily in a professional office environment with standard office equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
