Provides leadership for Security standards in the areas of communication, process, quality and resource management.Purpose of PositionResponsible for the top-level QS Security goals and budget management, including preparation of the QS Security department’s 10 year-plan. Provides leadership for Security standards in the areas of communication, process, quality and resource management.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesEstablish plans, track, and report progress of QS Security Goals and Budgets. Develop metrics, monthly reporting, and processes to establish consistent status and measurement of the full scope of the QS Security Organizational Goals, including evaluation of the status of all contracts and infrastructure projects.Direct the development of communication plans for all internal QS Security communications as well as communications out to business operations in NetJets to ensure consistent quality and quantity of communications of information about QS Security operations.Monitor the workload and capacity of QS Security. Develop and maintain resource capacity planning model for the entire staff of QS Security as well as contractors.
