Director, Strategic Partnerships & Planning This role reports to an executive leader at Anywhere Integrated Services. Our team is focused on designing and building Anywhere's new business line under a new brand, Upward Title & Closing. This business line will involve joint ventures between Anywhere's wholly owned title and closing companies and participating real estate affiliates. The Director will support Upward’s go-to-market roadmap and lead collaboration with partners and leadership to develop impactful business plans for each new company. We seek a passionate strategist to manage external partnerships and financial modeling for our suite of companies. Successful individuals can expect a competitive base salary and variable compensation. Key Responsibilities: Partner Management – Support broker-owner relationships, address franchisee questions during implementation, and develop ongoing partner success programs post-launch. Financial Planning – Assist in building roadmaps and joint venture entities, identify viable geographies, collaborate on pro-formas, and coordinate with stakeholders on office footprint, staffing, and implementation. Leadership & Communications – Act as a key communicator during implementation, ensuring clear and enthusiastic communication with internal stakeholders across departments. Implementation – Collaborate internally to own and refine the workplan, ensuring efficient launch processes and innovative approaches. Minimum Requirements: 5+ years in strategic or partnership management; real estate experience not required. Experience working with external partners to develop and communicate business strategies. Confidence in financial modeling and partnering with finance teams. Expertise in program management, data-driven iteration, and complex program ownership. Proven leadership in communications and presentations; external partner management a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
