The VP Business Development, Interventional will have primary day-to-day responsibilities for establishing and managing the commercial strategy within the industry segment, working closely with marketing, customer operations and business development teams to drive business growth. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and customer engagement strategies, plans, forecasts and KPI’sWork cross-functionally to maximize outputs from business projects and objectivesDevelop strategies to be innovative in the market and win new businessManage customer relationships and measure customer satisfaction through customer insight programsOversee and evaluate market research and adjust the business strategy as requiredManage and develop business development team and instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvementActively analyze sales performance against quotes, budget and forecast to determine effectivenessOversee large projects and M&A integration activities related to market segmentRequired QualificationsBS in Business, Marketing or similarMinimum of fifteen years’ experience in Commercial or General Management leadership rolesContract Manufacturing experience working with Medical OEMsProven ability to plan, implement and analyze performance results against objectives and KPI’sDemonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgetsProven ability to attract and retain teams and customersFamiliarity with medical device assembly and component manufacturingStrong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organizationPreferred QualificationsMBA preferredPhysical DemandsBoth domestic and international travel requiredApproximately 25-50% travelCompensationThe compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.
