In this senior leadership role, you will drive project financials, mentor project teams, and ensure customer satisfaction on projects of all sizes.What You’ll DoManage projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets, schedules, and gross margins are achieved.Oversee all financials—pricing, costs, payment terms, collections, and subcontractor agreements.Direct and manage crews/subcontractors while keeping clients informed and resolving issues.Ensure compliance with OSHA, TPA, and company safety standards.(Senior/Executive PDs) Mentor estimators and provide advanced leadership and training.What We’re Looking ForExperience: Minimum 5 years in restoration with 3+ years as a Project Manager or Estimator in disaster restoration (water, fire, mold).Leadership: Strong background managing complex projects, mentoring teams, and leading without direct supervision.Technical Skills: IICRC certification required.
