This role contributes to the development and implementationof strategic plans, market objectives, and initiatives designed to enhance financial performance, patientsatisfaction, clinical quality, and to improve the reach of our care into the communities we serve. Develops market-wide policies, procedures, and partners with the finance team to create center and market-level budgets. Worksdirectly with leadership, providers, central support functions, and colleagues on the partner health system side toachieve organizational objectives.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degreeMaster’s degree in related discipline preferredWork Experience5+ years of operations management experience required.Management experience in a medical or healthcare environment required.
