The position requires a strong commercial mindset, analytical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the commercial model, including forecasting, margin optimization, and profitability trackingDrive ROI through strategic investments and performance optimizationAnalyze and report on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion, average order value, retention, and transaction growthLead pricing and promotional strategies using data-driven insights to optimize performance across product categoriesProvide performance analytics for pilot programs to support demand planning, replenishment, and fulfillment strategiesDevelop and refine subscription models, including pricing, bundling, and retention metricsManage integration of third-party consumer goods models, ensuring commercial alignment and operational efficiencyCollaborate with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial governancePartner with digital, technology, product, and operations teams to enhance user experience and conversionMonitor and respond to retail and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategiesEnsure commercial decisions align with brand values and customer expectationsSkillsSupply chain, E-commerce, business analytics, Ecommerce, strategic planning, director levelTop Skills DetailsSupply chain,E-commerce,business analytics,EcommerceTechnology SkillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperienceExperience with platforms such as Shopify (preferred)7+ years in commercial management, digital strategy, or consumer productsProven experience in data analytics, financial modeling, and forecastingStrong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketingExperience managing cross-functional teams and external partnershipsFamiliarity with subscription models and pricing strategiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguityEducationExperience in global or multi-market environments (preferred)Degree or certifications not required but considered a plusExperience LevelExpert LevelPay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
