Our flat structure allows you to obtain quick feedback, and gives you the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities.What You'll Do:Manage risk and execution across multiple productsManage parameters that affect option pricingConduct product-specific research in order to identify idiosyncratic risksIdentify macro catalysts within your namesIdentify and investigate trades using our analysis tools and logsCollaborate with desk engineers and traders to improve current strategies and applicationsMust be able to work in our Chicago Loop office 5 days a weekWhat We're Looking For:2+ years of managing risk on an electronic market making deskStrong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environmentAbility to perform trade analysis and identify solutionsSelf-motivated, adaptableCommitment to learning and innovationExcellent analytical skillsAll candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Base salary is $100,000 - $150,000.
