Sr Director, Off Premises Dining OperationsAt P.F. Chang's, the Sr. Director of Off-Premise Dining Operations, in collaboration with senior leadership, will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and elevating our off-premises dining channels. This strategic position is responsible for defining, implementing, and leading the vision for First-Party Delivery (1PD), Third-Party Delivery (3PD), Take-Out, and Catering sales and operations across multiple P.F. Chang’s locations. The ideal candidate will provide dynamic leadership in a cross-functional environment, ensuring our team members involved in off-premises dining are well-equipped, trained, and motivated to consistently deliver exceptional results and exemplary guest experiences.What You’ll DoDevelop and refine pricing strategies, promotional approaches, and value propositions to boost transaction volume while maintaining healthy margins.Create a comprehensive growth strategy for off-premises dining including 1PD, 3PD, take-out, and catering.Identify and establish new 3PD partnerships, leveraging platform algorithms and innovative service models to maximize traffic and sales.Oversee the development of new menu offerings and promotional combinations tailored for off-premises channels.Optimize margins through cost control and operational efficiencies across all off-premises sales channels.Lead a lean, flexible, and high-performing off-premises team, fostering effective collaboration with Marketing, Culinary, Training, HR, and other departments.Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and operational improvements for off-premises success.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree preferred, track record of driving growth through innovationMust have held a Director of Off-Premise Dining (or equivalent) role at a multi-unit restaurant companyRequires direct experience managing third-party delivery partners (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub)3+ years managing large-scale projectsProven leader of cross-functional teamsStrong understanding of kitchen ops, B2B sales, and growth strategiesStrategic thinker with excellent collaboration and leadership skillsWork Location & Travel RequirementsPreference will be given to Arizona-based candidates due to occasional in-office presence required.Required: Consistent coverage during Arizona business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. MST), with flexibility for key launches as needed.Travel up to 50% of the time (less for candidates located in AZ).Benefits We OfferComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and 401(K) starting on the 1st of the month following the hire date.Paid Vacation and Sick Time: 20 days per calendar year for full-time Global Support Center team members, prorated for new hires.Paid Holidays: 12 company-selected holidays plus 2 floating holidays per petitive Pay & Performance Incentives: Annual bonuses based on Company performance.Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement for job related programs.Lucky Cat Meal Card: Preloaded meal card for use at any corporate-owned P.F.
