Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yrAbout the Role:We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Warehouse Manager / Logistics Lead to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics for our growing company. This role is key to ensuring all orders are shipped accurately, on time, and at the most cost-effective rates — while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse that operates according to company SOPs.You’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, spend 75% of your day on the warehouse floor actively managing staff, ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, and promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork. The remaining 25% in the office handling logistics, shipment planning, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks.
