Responsibilities Lead plant operations with full ownership, driving efficiency, performance improvements, and a culture of accountability.Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners through clear and consistent communication.Solve challenges proactively and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and reduce costs.Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Finance, and more to align plant objectives with corporate goals.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining operational excellence.Deliver measurable outcomes across operational, financial, and safety goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Plant Director or similar leadership role in manufacturing.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes, best practices, and compliance standards (OSHA, EPA).Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s or MBA preferred).Bonus: Lean Six Sigma certification, bilingual (English/Spanish), or experience managing large-scale operations.Why Join Us?
