Join to apply for the Director, Strategy and Special Projects role at DaVita Kidney Care Based in the Mid-Atlantic, this position will lead key strategic initiatives for Titan Operating Group, which includes approximately 400 dialysis clinics and 50 inpatient acute programs across 5 states, generating about $1B in annual revenue. The role reports to the Group Finance Director and involves strategic planning, decision-making on capital deployment, and exploring new market opportunities. The team comprises experienced professionals from consulting, military, banking, and healthcare leadership backgrounds. Essential Duties Develop growth strategy: Act as a strategic partner to divisional teams, setting long-term objectives Lead strategic planning sessions and define market priorities Develop KPIs, facilitate stakeholder buy-in, and track progress Collaborate across DaVita to deliver insights and growth initiatives Lead growth initiatives including new clinics, utilization, and payer partnerships Manage special projects: Serve as internal consultant on key issues like compensation and regulatory responses Develop hypotheses, structure approaches, and lead multidisciplinary teams Present findings and recommendations Chief of Staff to Group VP: Partner with the VP, synthesize data, and develop insights Prepare presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership Qualifications Minimum two years of post-MBA experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Top-tier MBA or advanced degree preferred Healthcare experience is desired Leadership experience is a plus Skills Strong analytical and financial skills Exceptional project management abilities Effective communication skills, both written and oral Strategic and creative thinking Growth mindset and eagerness to impact Join our community-focused culture, where clinical outcomes are above the national average, and enjoy comprehensive benefits, professional development, and a chance to contribute to caring for patients with chronic kidney failure nationwide.
