We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LVN Office Manager to support the day-to-day clinical operations of our Home Health department in Burlingame, CA. Position Overview As the Clinical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations within the Home Health department, including clinician scheduling, documentation review, and ensuring compliance with home health regulations. You will play a key role in supporting the field team and maintaining smooth internal workflows. Why Join ABL Health Care as a LVN Office Manager Join a mission-driven team focused on patient-centered care Use your LVN license in an impactful, office-based role Competitive compensation & benefits Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunities for long-term growth in home health operations Primary Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Nursing, including scheduling, communications, and follow-up on departmental initiatives Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical office, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance with policies and procedures Serve as a liaison between nursing leadership and staff to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities Support onboarding, training coordination, and scheduling for clinical and administrative team members as needed Assist in the implementation of clinical programs and projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to office functions, staffing, and department performance Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the effectiveness of clinical office workflows Additional Responsibilities Coordinate field staff schedules to ensure timely and appropriate patient visits Track and follow up on clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance Serve as a liaison between field staff, patients, physicians, and office departments Maintain accurate records in the EMR (e.g., WellSky, Kinnser, or similar) Assist with clinician onboarding, credentialing, and documentation tracking Prepare documents and files for quality assurance reviews and audits Participate in case coordination efforts to ensure continuity of care Monitor visit logs and follow up on any missed or delayed care documentation Support leadership with reporting and team communications Requirements Current California LVN License (Required) 1–2 years of experience in a home health or healthcare administrative role Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health documentation requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Reliable and professional demeanor in a team-based environment Experience with WellSky, Kinnser, or CareStitch EMRs Familiarity with QAPI, OASIS documentation, or home health charting standards Bilingual is a plus Benefits (Full-Time Only) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Staff Appreciation Events Join Our Team If you/'re an LVN looking to transition into an administrative home health operations role — where your clinical knowledge can directly support excellent patient care — we encourage you to apply and grow your career with ABL Health Care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
