Director of Marketing And Business DevelopmentWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the vibrant world of arts and live events. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for culture, community engagement, and audience development. You will be responsible for driving ticket sales, expanding partnerships, and implementing innovative marketing strategies that showcase our programs, exhibitions, and events. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our presence, enhancing the visitor experience, and strengthening our brand within the arts and entertainment community.Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual BonusResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, visitor engagement, and revenue. Align marketing initiatives with the overall goals and guest experience vision.Team & Campaign Management: Manage and mentor two direct reports—Social Media Coordinator and Outside Sales Representative—providing guidance, feedback, and professional development. Plan and lead marketing campaigns for exhibits, events, and special experiences across online and offline channels.Brand & Content: Oversee content creation, digital advertising, influencer marketing, community outreach, and partnerships. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visual storytelling across all communications.Sales Development: Direct outside sales initiatives targeting group bookings, events, and partnerships with local businesses, schools, and tourism organizations. Develop strategies to expand corporate, tourism, and special event bookings.Analytics & Optimization: Monitor advertising performance, social engagement, and ticket sales data to adjust strategies for maximum impact. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance for leadership.Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of trends in entertainment, tourism, and immersive experiences to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
