Overview Patient Representative / Front Desk Receptionist - Full Time Temporary at Sun River Health, Church Ave site, Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities Assist with daily reception activities and ensure that all processes needed for patient services are initiated. Communicate effectively with team members and patients about all aspects of service. Handle telephone and mail contact with patients. Schedule appointments, collect fees, and explain services and charges for patient services. Distribute materials to patients, including patient satisfaction cards, patient rights and other appropriate materials. Verify all insurance and set fees based on the sliding scale fee.
