OverviewExecutive Director, Wellstar Clinical Partners — Wellstar Health System. This role reports to the SVP, Wellstar Clinical Partners and has direct oversight of strategy and operations within Wellstar Clinical Partners (WCP) and across the network. The Executive Director aligns and integrates WCP physicians with Wellstar entities and community partners, and leads value-based program implementation. Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, department budgeting, and management of administrative and quality resources supporting the network. The role collaborates with physician leaders to grow and expand the network, build strategic partnerships with payers and community providers, and ensure alignment of WCP programs across hospitals, medical groups, home health, and other ambulatory services. The Executive Director uses data analytics, IT integration, population health resources, and knowledge of regulatory requirements to design and implement program scope, deliverables, and performance management. As the network’s operational lead, the Executive Director manages tasks, CIN strategy implementation, and serves as the executive liaison with current and potential members and Wellstar leadership.Core ResponsibilitiesWellstar Clinical Partners Operations: define scope, structure, goals, and deliverables; manage project scope changes; ensure resource management; develop project plans and communications; clarify stakeholder requirements; assign ownership and provide feedback; identify and resolve issues; track progress to meet deadlines; ensure on-time and within-scope project completion; act as liaison between physicians and Wellstar leadership; oversee operations to ensure financial viability and quality; lead stakeholder meetings; coach and supervise team members; anticipate crises and plan contingencies; build essential business relationships; monitor budget, capital expenditures, and operating budgets; administer financial controls.Leadership and Professional Responsibility: foster mutual respect with providers and team members; work with physician leaders and senior leadership to facilitate program understanding; ensure provider obligations within WCP; pursue networking and ongoing education; demonstrate professionalism and communication skills; facilitate large meetings and lead dissemination of materials; attend management meetings as requested.Trust/Engagement: cultivate a culture of trust; hold leaders accountable for behaviors; strengthen relationships with physicians to support growth of services and cost-effective, high-quality care; promote patient and employee satisfaction.Results-Oriented Leadership: oversee development and delivery of physician reports and proposals; assist in creating deliverables (RFPs, policies, procedures, org charts); set challenging goals; hold teams accountable and provide leadership; ensure resources and track progress with data-driven processes.Collaboration and Partnership: work with hospital leadership; partner with HR to shape organizational culture and workforce metrics; foster relationships between staff and physicians; promote patient satisfaction, safety, service quality, collaboration, and effective communication; perform other duties as assigned and adhere to Wellstar policies and code of conduct.Required Minimum EducationBachelors in Business Administration/Management or Masters in Health Administration (preferred).Required Minimum Licenses and CertificationsAll certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.Additional Licenses and CertificationsAs applicable per role requirements.Required Minimum ExperienceMinimum 10 years in Healthcare Operations or large-scale clinical program management.Minimum 5 years’ experience at a director level or above.Minimum 1 year of experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting (preferred).Required Minimum SkillsExtensive knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment, including provider reimbursement mechanisms; strong understanding of enterprise information systems and ability to generate actionable reports; ability to partner with stakeholders through influence; proficiency with Microsoft Office; SQL and Visual Basic preferred.Strong communication and collaboration abilities; proven project leadership; experience with data analysis, budgeting, cost utilization, and strategic planning; ability to gather and interpret data; capable of working in a fast-paced environment with physicians and multiple leadership levels.Join us to discover meaningful work and a rewarding career within the most integrated health system in Georgia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
