The menu highlights items from wood-fired pizzas and burgers to Daylene’s specialties featuring Lake Walleye and Lobster Pot Pie.Daylene’s Supper Club at Dawn Manor Resort invites applicants to join a growing team committed to great food, warm hospitality, and timeless charm.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Manager – In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives on a day-to-day basis in areas such as sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant’s dining room, public areas, kitchen, and grounds. You may also contribute to amenities and guest experiences as part of the team. QualificationsFive years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a supper club, steak house or high-end setting.Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, management, co-workers, and stakeholders.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.Position TimingTHIS POSITION IS SLATED TO BE FILLED IN Q1 OF 2026At this point, discovery calls and casual conversations are expected to lead to in-person interviews.
