We help our partners bring breakthrough medical technologies, connected health solutions, and regulated digital platforms to market—faster, safer, and more cost-effectively.We are seeking a high-performing Senior Director of Sales & Business Development to grow our U.S. presence in HLS. This individual contributor and hunter remote/WFH role is ideal for a strategic sales leader who thrives in high-impact, high-reward environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a hunter—identify, pursue, and close new business across Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts in the U.S.Drive revenue growth across three core service offerings:Product Engineering Services (hardware and embedded software for medical devices)Digital Services & Solutions (connected health, IoT, data analytics, AI)Quality & Regulatory Services (compliance, risk management, regulatory support)Lead end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development to deal closureNegotiate contracts, MSAs, and pricing structures with strategic clientsBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce and targeted outreachCollaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing to ensure smooth handoff and executionRepresent Cyient with professionalism, integrity, and leadership in every client interactionWhat You BringMust-Haves:10+ years of experience in solutions/services sales within Healthcare & Life SciencesDemonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targetsExpertise in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and legal agreementsStrong network of relationships at the C-suite, VP, and Director levelsExperience selling to and partnering with large engineering and product development teams (100+ people)Proven ability to build and leverage ecosystem partnerships to drive growthTechnical & Domain Knowledge:Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic hardware, and software developmentFamiliarity with IoT & Analytics—from sensor data to cloud-based insightsExperience with Silicon/ASIC developmentKnowledge of Quality & Regulatory requirements in MedTech and digital healthEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mathematics (Electrical/Electronics preferred)MBA preferredKey Traits:High emotional intelligence and strong executive presenceExceptional communication, networking, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a strong internal drive to succeedAble to work effectively across multinational and multicultural environmentsStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesCyient is an equal opportunities employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
