We’re looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager who’s been in the trenches of big healthcare or consulting—and is ready to trade in the bureaucracy for impact, ownership, and a front-row seat to building something from the ground up.You’ll lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of a brand new software product in the healthcare space—specifically focused on closing care gaps and helping provider organizations take action. You’ll work directly with payer clients, collaborate with our Denver-based team, and partner closely with our remote developers in Italy (yes, there may be travel).If you’ve been at Epic, Cerner, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, or one of the usual suspects and are tired of moving at glacier speed or chasing billable hours, this is your chance to pivot to a nimble, high-impact environment without the overhead.What You’ll DoCollaborate with one of our largest clients to define and own the product roadmap for a new care gap closure platform built for the provider side of healthcareTranslate client needs, healthcare regulations, and user feedback into clear product features and prioritiesWork cross-functionally with client stakeholders, internal business leads, and our dev team in Italy to bring features to lifeMaintain backlogs, delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery on tight timelinesServe as the product’s internal champion—advocating for usability, simplicity, and measurable business outcomesLead client demos, gather feedback, and iterate quicklyTravel as needed (10–25%) for client sessions, onsite working sessions, or occasional Italy tripsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of professional experience in product, consulting, or client-facing healthcare rolesStrong written and verbal communication—you’ll be leading conversations and clarifying complexityBased in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO (in-office Mon–Wed in Cherry Creek, remote Tue/F)Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsExperience in the provider technology space—ideally EMRs (Epic, Cerner, etc.) or care management solutionsKnowledge of care gap closure, HEDIS, Stars, or quality reporting frameworks is a major plusComfortable working with remote engineering teams and collaborating across time zonesBonus: You’ve worked in big consulting or health tech but are ready to go smaller, faster, and smarterAbout the companyForza Labs is a modern health tech product and services company that partners with large U.S. healthcare payers to solve complex problems with beautiful software.
