Join to apply for the Product Owner, Emergency Care role at PhilipsJob DescriptionProduct Owner – Emergency Care (Bothell, WA) In late January we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips’ Emergency Care business, which includes leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025. With Bridgefield’s support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue passionately pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving the public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.Job TitleProduct Owner, Emergency CareYour RoleCollaborating with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape, and refine business and end-user needs of the software productBuilding, pruning, and maintaining the product backlogPrioritizing the iteration and defect backlog groomingStory definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates, sprint loading, story sequencing, and drafting the team’s specific objectives for the Program IncrementCoaching the team(s) on agile/scrum principlesWorking with engineering to decompose high-level features into user storiesHigh-level testing experience of the productQuickly providing just-in-time decisions to system-level questions and defect triageParticipating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.You're The Right Fit IfBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Product OwnerDemonstrated success designing or implementing SaaS products.Experience working in an Agile and/or lean start-up environment.A strong desire to produce and deliver excellent software that solves business problems.Ability to facilitate and influence to drive decision-making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.How We Work TogetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. Do the work of your life to help improve the lives of others.Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position in (Bothell, WA) is $103,000 to $177,000The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
