Title: Senior Business AnalystDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Portland, ORJob DescriptionThe project will implement and deploy solutions that ensure continued compliance to the TSA's new and modified requirements stemming from the latest iteration issued in July of 2024. The work includes deploying RSA to users in the OT environment, as well as developing a compliant OT Red Hat Satellite solution that includes a new automation platform, a compliant multi-factor authentication solution for SolarWinds, and compliant solutions to physically secure plant, anomalous, and newly identified Critical Cyber System site assets. The BA will assist with documentation for architectural and technical review boards, creating PMO required deliverables such as requirements documentation and functional specs, and assisting the PM with project needs like current state, requirements traceability matrices, and workflow visuals/RACIs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis efforts on large, complex, strategic effortsIdentify and document project requirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, etc.Manage, validate and prioritize business requirementsIdentify and document existing processes and use casesDesign future-state processes and obtain necessary approvalsDocument functional and technical specifications and obtain necessary approvalsConduct analyses to define alternative approaches to satisfy requirementsRecommend additional templates or tools as neededMay participate in other duties such as documenting test plans, scripts, and conducting system testing and assist in user acceptance test planning and testingRecommend tools, templates, and best practices as appropriateMay lead other business analysts as part of a programLead re-engineering of business processes and identifies solutions to business problemsRequirementsSkills & Qualifications7+ years of experience conducting/leading business analysis efforts.Thorough knowledge of requirements development and management, business process documentation and design, as well as methods and techniques to elicit inputs from various stakeholders at all levels of the organizationDemonstrated ability to build trust with executives, management, project teams, and stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentMaster's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred or an equivalent of education and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
