OverviewIngenium Talent is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our Staffing and Consulting Solutions division. Due to a recent promotion, we are looking to add another strong, seasoned leader in the staffing industry to our team. We are a leading Search and Staffing firm based in Louisville, KY, focused on Finance/Accounting, Engineering/Manufacturing, IT and Clerical/Administrative staffing and consulting services.As the Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in expanding our offering in these core areas. This position requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, including temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search. We are looking for an individual with a strong track record in business development and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.You will identify new business opportunities, develop customized solutions for clients, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. You will collaborate closely with our recruiting team to ensure delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client needs. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to develop effective strategies for success. We are a fast-growth company seeking individuals who want to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities in the staffing industry and develop strategies to expand the client base.Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and customizing solutions to meet requirements.Hire, train and mentor a sales team while driving new sales activity.Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that align with client expectations.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.Attend industry events and networking functions to build industry connections and promote services.Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating staffing solutions and value proposition.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, with focus on temporary staffing, direct hire, and executive search.Strong understanding of the staffing landscape, including market trends and competition.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build credibility with clients.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.Ability to develop creative, customized staffing solutions that meet client needs.Proficiency with CRM software and other business development tools.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) and a competitive compensation plan.Location: Louisville, KYCompensation: $75,000.00-$135,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
