We build a limited number of single and multi-family designs with a wide range of applications, increasing factory efficiencies to lower cost and reach the most underserved parts of the market. As an employee-owned worker cooperative, all of our members have a voting voice and real ownership in the company's success.We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join our team of founders and help drive our mission forward by selling housing projects to fill our production line, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities.Position Overview:As our Director of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. Your sales department will grow as the company does, but you will be wearing a few different hats during the start-up period.
