Join to apply for the Operations Director role at Northeast Community ClinicPosition Title: Director of OperationsNortheast Community Clinic (NECC), a major Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with multi-specialty outpatient clinics located throughout Los Angeles County is seeking a dedicated and mission-oriented Operations Director.We Are Excited To Share Our Employment Opportunities ForFull-time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMPosition SummaryThe Operations Director is a member of the senior management staff of Northeast Community Clinic, responsible for the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures across the organization designed to promote optimal quality, efficiency, profitability and productivity. The Operations Director is responsible for all clinical operations and works closely with the Medical Director to ensure quality of standards and compliance. As a Director, this position is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction, operations and ensures performance of the organization aligns with mission, vision and goals to achieve organizational growth and success.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesOversees the development, implementation and evaluation of the clinic services including but not limited to medical, dental, optometry and other specialty programs.Focus on revenue generation for each site and specialtyDesigns, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organizations' goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates unit(s) staff.Analyzes operations to evaluate performance of the company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, to increase productivity, or policy change,Administers programs for selection of sites, construction of buildings, or provision of equipment or supplies.Develops and manages annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.Supervise and oversee Clinic Managers, Managed Care Department, Transportation/Appointment Scheduler Department and the Operations DepartmentMinimum RequirementsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong command of written and verbal communicationProven ability to analyze data, such as reports, legal documents, procedures, and governmental regulation, and produce actionable insightsSkilled at fostering collaboration and building consensusTravel is expected up to 10% of the timeRequired Education And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree (preferred)Minimum five (5) years of clinical and/or medical office management experience, preferably in primary careDemonstrated knowledge of grants administration, clinic operations, community organization, and core principles of financial and organizational management #J-18808-Ljbffr
